# Close a ticket (staff only)

`POST` `/tickets/{ticket_id}/close`

Operation ID: `close_ticket`

Marks a ticket closed. Staff only. Customers cannot close their own tickets through the agent.

## Path parameters

- `ticket_id` (string, required)
